i had an ipod video! it broke i came in, made an online appointment first at home/ i went, they asked me if i tried restore i told them yes, they didnt even try to restore it them selves. gave me a brand new ipod..

bad customer support ive had my ipod screen crack 2 and half weeks prior to purchase from the apple store and they just would not take it back just because their policy is 2 weeks another time they kept insisting that i have hacked my ipod touch which i didnt and they would not give me another one and that ipod touch was in the apple protection plan i have had the worst experiences with apple i have spent 1 gran on ipods. they are good products. but if they break its a hell dealing with apple

My first experience was a bad one. My keyboard came with a dent and scheduled an appointment with Apple Store, took the bent keyboard to the store and the guy asked me for my order number and had me look it on online on one of their macs and then he tried to fix the keyboard by hand. I told him that was unacceptable so he said that the keyboard was out of stock and that he will order it. After a few exchanges, he gave me a brand new keyboard

Apple customer service is among the best I have ever encountered in over 50 years of consumerism. :] The unfortunate part of the apple experience is that I had to return 2 different 24" iMacs because of a screen quality problem. Apple swapped out computers on the spot. I looked at a third iMac in the store and it had the same screen problem. Full refund on the spot. It's too bad that Apple has not acknowledged and fixed the iMac screen problem. Back to PCs for a while more.

see, that's wrong. read all the posts, it's not hard to tell, i was stating facts while others doing personal attacks, so after receving unknowledgable bias, i started tellin them to back off until they have enough money to really afford high end SONY or any high end CE products in order to really understand what they are, and get some education on expensive things if they wanna talk about them. i bet those APPLE fanboys still think SONY copied the "floatin keyboard" design, just SAD!
